M.D PhD
Dr. John Bausher is a board-certified family medicine physician with extensive experience providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. He earned his MD and PhD in Medical Microbiology from the University of Vermont and completed a rigorous three-year Family Practice residency.
Dr. Bausher is dedicated to preventative care, chronic condition management, and addressing acute medical needs, with a patient-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, trust, and personalized treatment. His practice fosters long-term relationships, supporting both physical and emotional well-being.
Outside of work, Dr. Bausher enjoys fly fishing and raising oyster clams, hobbies that reflect his deep connection to nature and sustainable practices.

Katie Clarkson

Katie Clarkson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She earned her medical education at the MGH Institute of Health Professions and holds certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Katie specializes in health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory illnesses. She is committed to a holistic approach that addresses physical, emotional, and mental well-being, empowering patients to take an active role in their health. Her practice includes wellness exams, immunizations, lifestyle counseling, and compassionate mental health support.

Elizabeth Pennington
MSN, MA, ARNP, CPNP-PC, PMHS, CEN, CPEN
Elizabeth Pennington, a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, has joined our Quinault team of providers. A 2011 graduate of Duke University School of Nursing, Elizabeth is nationally certified in pediatric primary care and mental healthcare by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
Her clinical experience spans rural community health and Federally Qualified Health Centers, with her most recent role in pediatric urgent care at the University of North Carolina. Elizabeth is particularly passionate about pediatric mental health and gender-affirming care, reflecting her commitment to inclusive, compassionate healthcare.

Outside the clinic, Elizabeth enjoys bicycling, kayaking, nature photography, and exploring mycology. She looks forward to discovering the beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her loyal dog, JJ, by her side. Elizabeth is thrilled to join the team and contribute to our mission.

With a background in nursing management and education, Monica has held leadership roles as a Nurse Manager and Community Health Educator, advancing healthcare knowledge and promoting health equity. She earned her BSN from the University of Texas, El Paso, and her MSN from Kaplan University.

Jean Ebersole
BSN, RN, PHRN, ARNP
Jean Ebersole is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for patient-centered care and a diverse background in healthcare. Inspired by her early experience caring for a loved one, Jean pursued nursing at the Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences, followed by a BSN at Alvernia University and her FNP at Widener University.
With over a decade of experience as a Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse (PHRN) and paramedic, Jean has provided compassionate, high-quality care in homes and communities. She has also participated in humanitarian missions to Ukraine, Bolivia, Haiti, and Tanzania, extending her expertise to underserved populations.
Jean’s research focuses on connective tissue disorders, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), reflecting her dedication to advancing healthcare in complex conditions.
Outside of work, Jean enjoys traveling, quilting, sewing, and culinary exploration, bringing creativity and curiosity to all aspects of her life.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jeanette Spreadborough, DNP, ARNP, to our family practice clinic! With over 20 years of experience as an ICU nurse specializing in cardiac and trauma care, Jeanette brings exceptional expertise and a commitment to patient-centered care.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Linfield University and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Gonzaga University. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jeanette values building meaningful connections with her patients and delivering compassionate, personalized care.
Outside the clinic, Jeanette enjoys spending time with her husband and adult children, and she has a love for travel, quilting, and photography. We’re delighted to have her on board and know she’ll be a wonderful addition to our team!

She brings comprehensive experience in pediatric healthcare, having provided pediatric care services in Utah and most recently specialized care in developmental pediatrics in Idaho.
Her clinical expertise includes managing complex medical conditions, coordinating care for medically fragile children, and supporting pediatric mental health needs.

Erin Ryan
PMHNP-BC
Erin Ryan is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. With a strong commitment to community mental health, Erin focuses on addressing the complex and diverse needs of underserved populations, including individuals experiencing socioeconomic barriers to care.

Drawing from a holistic and trauma-informed approach, Erin integrates medication management with supportive psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and working with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life.

Erin’s career started as a registered nurse working in cardiology and subsequently transitioning to working with the adult population struggling with substance use disorder. During this time Erin’s passion to further her education as a mental health provider was ignited by the increasing need for access to quality mental health care. Erin strives to provide care with a holistic approach in a non-judgmental environment.
Erin enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, traveling and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.
