Dr. John Bausher is a board-certified family medicine physician with extensive experience providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.  He earned his MD and PhD in Medical Microbiology from the University of Vermont and completed a rigorous three-year Family Practice residency. 

Dr. Bausher is dedicated to preventative care, chronic condition management, and addressing acute medical needs, with a patient-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, trust, and personalized treatment.  His practice fosters long-term relationships, supporting both physical and emotional well-being.  

Outside of work, Dr. Bausher enjoys fly fishing and raising oyster clams, hobbies that reflect his deep connection to nature and sustainable practices. 

Nathan Valentine is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages.  He earned his medical education at Yale University and holds certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  

Nathan specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment, with expertise in conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.  He emphasizes holistic, patient-centered care, integrating mental health support, lifestyle counseling, and tailored disease prevention strategies to meet each patient’s unique needs.  

In his free time, Nathan enjoys driving and working on vehicles, combining his love of the open road with hands-on problem-solving and a passion for mechanics. 

Vanessa Fisher is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive care for patients aged 3 and older.  She earned her medical education at Georgetown University and holds certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  

Vanessa focuses on preventive care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and promoting overall wellness.  She offers services such as routine check-ups, immunizations, and health screenings, with expertise in chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes, and hypertension.  Known for her compassionate approach, Vanessa is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where patients feel valued and understood.

Katie Clarkson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.  She earned her medical education at the MGH Institute of Health Professions and holds certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  

Katie specializes in health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory illnesses.  She is committed to a holistic approach that addresses physical, emotional, and mental well-being, empowering patients to take an active role in their health.  Her practice includes wellness exams, immunizations, lifestyle counseling, and compassionate mental health support.  

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether cooking, exploring the outdoors, or relaxing at home, cherishing the balance and joy these moments bring.

Monica Hallak is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in Women's Health, Primary Care, and Chronic Disease Management. Fluent in English and Spanish, she effectively serves bilingual communities with compassionate, comprehensive care.

With a background in nursing management and education, Monica has held leadership roles as a Nurse Manager and Community Health Educator, advancing healthcare knowledge and promoting health equity. She earned her BSN from the University of Texas, El Paso, and her MSN from Kaplan University.

In her free time, Monica enjoys reading medical journals, running, and spending time with her family. Recognized for academic excellence, she is passionate about integrating evidence-based practices and helping patients lead healthy lives.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jeanette Spreadborough, DNP, ARNP, to our family practice clinic! With over 20 years of experience as an ICU nurse specializing in cardiac and trauma care, Jeanette brings exceptional expertise and a commitment to patient-centered care. 
 

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Linfield University and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Gonzaga University. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jeanette values building meaningful connections with her patients and delivering compassionate, personalized care. 
 

Outside the clinic, Jeanette enjoys spending time with her husband and adult children, and she has a love for travel, quilting, and photography. We’re delighted to have her on board and know she’ll be a wonderful addition to our team!
 

Maria Neeley is a dedicated Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Portland. Passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults and seniors, Maria is committed to making a meaningful impact on patients' health and well-being.

Balancing a rewarding career with caring for a mother after a stroke has deepened Maria’s empathy and resilience, shaping a patient-centered approach to care.

Outside of work, Maria cherishes spending time with her children and grandchild, as well as reading, traveling, painting, and dancing.
