Elizabeth Pennington
MSN, MA, ARNP, CPNP-PC, PMHS, CEN, CPEN
Elizabeth Pennington, a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, has joined our Quinault team of providers. A 2011 graduate of Duke University School of Nursing, Elizabeth is nationally certified in pediatric primary care and mental healthcare by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
Her clinical experience spans rural community health and Federally Qualified Health Centers, with her most recent role in pediatric urgent care at the University of North Carolina. Elizabeth is particularly passionate about pediatric mental health and gender-affirming care, reflecting her commitment to inclusive, compassionate healthcare.
Outside the clinic, Elizabeth enjoys bicycling, kayaking, nature photography, and exploring mycology. She looks forward to discovering the beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her loyal dog, JJ, by her side. Elizabeth is thrilled to join the team and contribute to our mission.

Dawn Orchard
DNP, ARNP, CPNP-PC, PMHS
Dawn Orchard is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Utah. She brings comprehensive experience in pediatric healthcare, having provided pediatric care services in Utah and most recently specialized care in developmental pediatrics in Idaho.
Her clinical expertise includes managing complex medical conditions, coordinating care for medically fragile children, and supporting pediatric mental health needs.
Dawn is passionate about delivering compassionate, family-centered care that addresses the unique needs of each child. She values collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure children receive the highest quality care that promotes both physical and emotional well-being.
Outside of her clinical work, Dawn enjoys spending quality time with her family and being outdoors, embracing the beauty and balance that nature provides.
