At Quinault Community Health, our Behavioral Health team provides compassionate, evidence-based care for children ages 5 and up, teens, and adults.


We support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and post-crisis recovery with counseling, medication management, and personalized care.

Child & Teen Behavioral Health Counseling

Developmentally appropriate support for children and teens experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, school challenges, and emotional regulation needs. Our strength-based, person-centered approach helps young people grow confidence, build healthy coping skills, and feel understood. We offer CBT, TF-CBT, DBT skills, ACT, play therapy techniques, and strength-based assessment.

Family Counseling & Parenting Support

Therapy designed to strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and foster healthier, more supportive family relationships. We also offer practical, compassionate parenting guidance to help caregivers understand their child’s emotional needs and build effective tools for support.

Adult Behavioral Health Counseling

Supportive, solution-focused care for adults navigating life transitions, relationship stress, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and work-related challenges. Our team provides a safe, compassionate space to explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and support meaningful growth through all stages of life. We offer CBT, DBT skills, ACT, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and strength-based assessment.

Trauma-Informed Care

Evidence-based support for individuals healing from trauma, adverse experiences, or ongoing stress. All services are delivered with compassion, safety, and cultural humility, honoring each person’s pace and lived experience. Therapies include compassionate medical management, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT skills, holistic wellness and support, and Strength-based assessment and therapy.

Psychiatric Medication Management

Compassionate evaluation and ongoing management of psychiatric medications to support stability, mental wellness, and daily functioning. Services are available for children with a pediatric specialist for ages 5-18, as well as services provided for adults, with a focus on collaborative, person-centered care.

Autism & Neurodevelopmental Support

Tailored behavioral health services for individuals with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental needs. Our care focuses on building emotional regulation, social skills, and coping strategies, while offering guidance and support to parents and caregivers to foster growth, understanding, and resilience.

Post Crisis Support & Stabilization

We offer supportive and trauma-informed follow-up services for individuals after an emergency response or hospital discharge. Our team helps you regain stability, understand your next steps, and get connected with ongoing counseling, medication management, and community resources to support continued healing.

Care Coordination & Community Resources

We assist individuals and families in connecting with supportive resources, including case management, medical care, school support, housing assistance, substance use counseling and recovery services, and cultural or community programs. Our goal is to help you navigate resources with confidence and build a strong network of support.
