​​If your insurance company has indicated that we are “out of network,” please know that we are aware of the issue and are working directly with the insurance providers to resolve it. As a tribal health facility, we are recognized as an in-network provider with all insurance companies. Your care will not be interrupted, so please continue attending your scheduled appointments.

​​We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to correct the issue.
